An important issue for any organisation is accountability, transparency, and integrity. Arguably, Christian organisations should have even higher standards than secular organisations because we do not deny the "total depravity of man", value good "stewardship", and "servant leadership."
There are some very useful and practical papers on how some of this can be implemented at the Christian Leadership Alliance. Some of these articles reflect a wealth of experience that can save a lot of pain and waste, arising from unknowingly repeating mistakes others have made and learnt from.
